From intimate private celebrations to stylish client networking occasions, the Inn’s historic rooms feature stunning interior decoration and provide a unique backdrop to your reception. The Ashworth Centre offers a contemporary, neutral event space with a suite of naturally-lit adjoining rooms for larger numbers, a communal foyer and Lecture Theatre with retractable seating, creating a versatile venue.

- Standing reception 200 - 450
The grand proportions, decorative paintings of noble legal gentry, ornate wood panelling and carved ceiling in the Great Hall create a breathtaking setting for a standing reception. In summer months you may choose to host your event outside on the spacious terrace overlooking the Inn’s private gardens.
The Hall also features an in-built dais suitable for speeches and a stunning Minstrels’ Gallery which offers a vantage point for aerial event photography, production or lighting.

Dating back to 1490, the Old Hall with Tudor panelling, stone tiled flooring and exposed wooden ceiling beams provides an enchanting setting for your reception.
Guests enter via the atmospheric Crypt situated directly below the Old Hall, a perfect space for pre-event registration and cloakroom facilities.

The seats within the Lecture Theatre can be retracted to reveal a stylish double height space for receptions and networking events, providing a modern environment within our traditional private grounds.

Ten stylish Meeting Rooms split between two floors sit within the modern, purpose-built Ashworth Centre, with naturally-lit communal foyer. These rooms can be booked individually for small receptions, or can open into one flowing space for larger standing receptions.
The skylights offer views of the beautiful architecture and trees above, creating a striking blend of the contemporary and traditional.

The Members’ Common Room (The MCR) features preserved Victorian architecture and a stunning south facing terrace overlooking New Square Gardens.
Created by building a mezzanine floor within the original kitchens of the Great Hall, this venue is a contemporary and versatile space for a reception which retains character from its historic origins.
The party was excellent, all went very smoothly and I have already received some great feedback.
