The lavish surroundings of Lincoln’s Inn lend themselves perfectly to award ceremonies; it is in fact in the Great Hall where our own student barristers graduate. From intimate ceremonies in our purpose-built modern Lecture Theatre to prestigious awards dinners with entertainment in our Great Hall, we have a range of venue options to make this a truly memorable day.
Award dinners for up to 200, awards receptions for up to 450 and theatre style events for up to 300 can be accommodated within these magnificent buildings.

The grand proportions, decorative paintings of noble legal gentry, wooden panelling and carved ceiling of the Great Hall create a stunning setting for your event. The adjoining Bench Rooms or terrace overlooking the Inn’s private gardens offer an elegant space for a pre-event reception or an area to convene after your ceremony.
The Hall also features a dais – perfect for addressing the room – and the stunning Minstrels’ Gallery, which offers a vantage point for aerial photography or event production.

The Old Hall with its Tudor panelling, stone tiled flooring and exposed wooden ceiling beams provides a distinctive setting for your celebration.
Guests enter via the atmospheric Crypt situated directly below the Old Hall, a perfect space for pre-event registration and a pre- or post-awards reception.

This contemporary space features a purpose-built Lecture Theatre with integrated AV facilities and tiered seating. The adjoining foyer can be used as post-event reception space. Alternatively, the tiered seating can be retracted, creating a stylish blank canvas for a large awards reception.
The Ashworth Centre can also be used in conjunction with our Halls should you wish to finish your awards presentation with a formal celebration.
